Job Description

As a female personal assistant at The Times Sourcing company, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle all correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO in a professional manner.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Maintain confidential information and files with the utmost discretion.
Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned by the CEO.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Candidate should be comfortable in travelling.
