Job Title: Female Office Coordinator / Office Assistant

Location: Goel Plaza, Faizabad Road,Lucknow. Near Lekhraj Metro Station, In front of Goel Hospital Gate.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on skills & experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, confident, and professional Female Office Coordinator who can efficiently manage client communication, handle calls, follow up on inquiries, assist in office operations, and coordinate between clients and the technical team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a polite and presentable personality, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to client inquiries politely and professionally.

Coordinate with clients for project updates, quotations, and feedback.

Maintain daily office records, emails, and client follow-ups.

Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.

Support management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and follow-ups.

Help in office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage client appointments and maintain communication logs.

Provide basic assistance to HR and marketing tasks when required.

Ensure a positive client experience through professional interaction and follow-up.

Maintain a neat and organized office environment.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Polite, confident, and professional personality.

Good telephone etiquette and client-handling ability.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Emailing).

Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
