Job Description :
Should have 3-5 years of experience as an office administrator, one who is excellent at follow ups and is precisely aware about the tasks involved in office administration. Can take dictations, draft letters, send mails, sending introductory mails to corporate clients. Knowledge of filing work, and internal correspondence. Can delegate instructions to the sales, service staff regarding the pursuance of new or existing business.
Candidate who possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal) , also must be fluent and well versed in English and Hindi. Well versed knowledge of MS office and can work on MS excel, MS word, power point.
