Role Overview We are seeking a professional and hospitable Female Front Office Executive cum Administrative Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our homestay. In this dual-capacity role, you will be the "face" of our property, ensuring guests feel at home while maintaining rigorous administrative standards and supervising support staff (housekeeping and kitchen) to ensure excellence. Two wheeler licence is an Add-onn.
Key Responsibilities 1. Guest & Front Office Manage the end-to-end guest experience: inquiry, booking, check-in, and check-out. Handle online reservations via OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) and direct channels. Address guest grievances promptly and with a solution-oriented mindset. Provide local recommendations and arrange transport or tours for guests. 2. Supervisory Role Team Leadership: Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms and common areas meet luxury cleanliness standards. Quality Control: Conduct daily inspections of the property. Scheduling: Manage staff shifts and duty rosters.
3. Administrative & Financial Support Maintain accurate guest registers and comply with local police verification (Form C) requirements. Handle billing, petty cash, and daily expense tracking. Manage inventory for toiletries, linens, and pantry supplies; coordinate with vendors for procurement. Assist the owner with email correspondence and basic social media updates.
