Female Export Customer Service Executive in Noida J26

We are looking for an Export Customer Service Executive to handle communication with international clients via email and phone. The role involves managing enquiries, preparing quotations and order sheets, and coordinating orders for our premium home fragrance products such as candles, diffusers, oils, and incense. This is an office-based role requiring strong English communication, good numerical skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle overseas customer communication via email and phone- Prepare quotations, order sheets, and follow-ups- Coordinate orders and maintain customer records- Work on MS Excel for pricing, order tracking, and data management- Ensure timely responses and a smooth customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English- Strong communication skills- Good command over basic mathematics- Working knowledge of MS Excel- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional- Friendly, warm, and customer-focused personality
