Export Merchandiser (Hard Goods - Fragrances)

You will be responsible for managing the export merchandising activities for hard goods such as home fragrances at our premium brand. Your main tasks will include communicating with overseas clients through email and phone, preparing quotations and order sheets, and ensuring efficient client interactions. To excel in this role, you must possess a high level of attention to detail, methodical approach, and proficiency in MS Excel. Strong command over spoken and written English, along with a good grasp of basic mathematics, will be essential for this position. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, articulate, and customer-focused with a genuine interest in providing excellent service.
