Female E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a smart and dynamic Female E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms including Alibaba.com, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Open cart along with website management and sales optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms including Alibaba.com, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Open cart etc.
• Handle daily operations of the company website including product uploads, updates, and content management
• Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords
• Coordinate and execute online sales campaigns to boost sales and visibility
• Handle customer inquiries and order processing efficiently
• Prepare and maintain sales reports in Excel (data analysis, inventory, sales tracking)
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, ads, and social media integration

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Alibaba.com, Amazon, eBay, Open cart, Etsy, etc.)
• Familiarity with website management (Open Cart or similar)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, data management)
• Ability to list products effectively with keywords and SEO practices
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and sales growth strategies
• Photography and editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, etc.) will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of web designing & development is a big plus

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (E-commerce, IT, Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Alibaba.com or similar platforms
• Freshers with strong skills and interest are also welcome

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
