About the Role

We are looking for a Female Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong experience in handling Government Projects. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of maintaining smooth communication with government staff and stakeholders. This role also requires pan-India travel for project-related meetings, coordination, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government departments/agencies.
• Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with government staff related to ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure smooth communication, documentation, and coordination for government projects.
• Support in project execution by handling official communications, reports, and follow-ups.
• Travel across India for meetings, site visits, and project-related work as required.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team.

Requirements

• Female candidate with experience in Government Project coordination/CRM role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel across India frequently.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and handling official correspondence.
