You are a proactive Counselor from the Education Industry based in Mumbai, responsible for engaging with potential students, establishing strong relationships, and efficiently managing customer interactions. Your role includes making outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records to enhance student engagement and enrollment. Your key responsibilities will involve making high-volume outbound calls for lead generation, engaging with students to understand their needs, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments with faculty, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups, collecting customer feedback, meeting performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data management. You should also demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and fixed schedule. A performance bonus is included in the compensation package. You must be located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, or be willing to relocate before starting work. Prior experience in academic counseling for at least 1 year is required for this role, which will be based in-person at the work location.,
