Fee & Transportation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Fee Management

• Oversee the preparation and distribution of student fee invoices and statements.
• Manage the collection of tuition fees, transportation fees, and other school-related payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile payments with accounting systems.
• Prepare periodic reports on fee collection status, arrears, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
• Implement and monitor fee policies, discounts, and scholarships in accordance with school regulations.
• Assist in developing and reviewing school fee structures annually.

Transportation Management

• Plan, organize, and supervise the daily operation of school transportation services.
• Design and update bus routes and schedules for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and school policies.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of drivers and transport staff.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and repair schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and inspections.
• Handle parent inquiries and concerns related to transport routes, timing, or safety.
• Evaluate transport costs and assist in setting transportation fees.

Salary : 17,000/- To 27,000/-
