• Greet, interact, and assist guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner
• Take orders, serve items, and coordinate with kitchen / service teams to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in setting up dining, events & ensuring presentation standards are met
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, resolve issues or escalate as needed
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards in all F&B areas
• Handle basic administrative tasks: order tracking, stock checks, liaising with suppliers, billing support etc.

• Female candidates preferred
• Smart appearance, presentable & confident in communication
• Basic knowledge of F&B service (could be previous experience in restaurants, banquet, event service or hospitality)
• Good interpersonal & customer service skills; ability to interact well with guests and team members
• Passion for hospitality, eagerness to learn & grow
• Physically able to stand for long hours, carry light to moderate loads (serving trays, etc.)
• Flexible with shifts / timings as per event/dining schedule
