Job Description: F&B Service Boy / Restaurant Attendant Property: Chokhiwadi Forest Retreat Location: [Chokhiwadi Forest Retreat Guwara Dulawa, Ajabgarh, Thanagazi, Rajasthan 301027] Key Responsibilities The F&B Service Boy / Restaurant Attendant will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and friendly food and beverage service to guests, ensuring an excellent dining experience at the retreat. Core Service Duties: • Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve meals and drinks promptly with courtesy. • Table Maintenance: Ensure all tables are properly set before service, cleared promptly after service, and reset quickly for the next guest. • Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas, including the restaurant floor, service stations, and back-of-house areas. • Buffet/Catering Setup: Assist with the setup, replenishment, and breakdown of buffets, banquets, or special event dining setups. • Inventory & Par Stock: Assist in maintaining and managing par stock levels for cutlery, crockery, glassware, linen, and service supplies; report any shortages or breakages to the supervisor. Guest Interaction & Teamwork: • Communication: Communicate with guests clearly and pleasantly regarding menu items, service times, and special requests. Handle minor guest issues professionally or escalate as needed. • Preparation & Support: Assist kitchen staff when required, including fetching supplies, basic prep work, and ensuring the smooth flow of service. • Cross-Functional Support: Demonstrate a zeal for cross-functional work by assisting other teams (e.g., Housekeeping, General Support) during busy periods or as directed by the management, especially to maintain resort-wide guest satisfaction. ______________ Requirements & Benefits Requirements: • Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged. • Must have a well-groomed appearance and a service-oriented mindset. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (D.O.E. - Depending on Experience and Skill) • Perks: Complimentary Accommodation and Food will be provided on-site. • Leave: 2 Paid Leaves per month.
