Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for F&B MANAGER to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage kitchen staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
