F&B Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to guests in dining areas, ensure cleanliness, and assist in the overall dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selections
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after service
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in dining and service areas
• Handle customer complaints and requests with professionalism and courtesy
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process orders and payments
• Assist with food preparation and delivery during busy periods, if required
• Replenish stock and supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced hospitality or restaurant setting
• Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting
• Interaction with guests and team members throughout the shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
