Position Summary:

The F&B Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing efficient and courteous service to guests in the resort's restaurants, bar, and banquets. This role involves maintaining high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to the resort's luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:Guest Service:

  • Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Provide detailed information on menus, daily specials, and promotions to assist guests in making informed choices.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating to the supervisor if necessary.

Service Execution:

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timeliness and presentation in accordance with resort standards.
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and dining areas to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Support in arranging and setting up dining areas for special occasions like weddings or corporate events.

Operational Support:

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth food and beverage service operations.
  • Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of service stations.
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per resort policies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other F&B associates, supervisors, and department heads to maintain seamless operations.
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings to stay informed about daily operational updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products, including dietary restrictions and allergens.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Work Environment:

  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and carrying trays or other serving items.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
