Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Associate located in Goa, India. The F&B Associate will be responsible for day-to-day food and beverage service operations. Key tasks will include preparing and serving food and drinks according to established standards, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in serving areas and kitchens. The F&B Associate will also assist in inventory management and collaborating with the culinary team to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Basic Culinary Skills are a plus
Ability to work well in a team and independently
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certifications are advantageous
