Profile: - Fault Management Engineer – PS Core

Experience:- Min 3 Years

CTC:- Upto 6 LPA (Depend on the interview)

Location:- Chennai

Working Days:- Mon- Sat

Note- Kindly note candidates should not be currently working on ANY NOKIA PROJECT.

Responsibility:-

Plans and executes technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. Work with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. Solve technical problems.

Requested competence:

1. Understanding of SS7 network ,GPRS/3G, EPC/LTE & Esy call flows.

2. Hands on experience on Ericsson Packet Core Elements (SGSN, GGSN, SAPC, RADIUS & DNS).

3. Complete Knowledge of E// SGSN & GGSN Hardware architecture.

4. Should be well versed with Various configurations & license loading in E// SGSN/GGSN.

5. Capturing ITC traces for various interfaces with complete packet level analysis.

6. Understanding of Gb, Gr, Ga, Gi, Gn, Iu-ps, Gx, Gy, Gz, Gom, Esy link configuration & integration.

7. Various configurations & license loading in SGSN/GGSN.

8. Should be well versed with important PACO related KPI’s, their analysis & improvement plans.

9, Good understanding of Service Awareness and differentiated charging related concepts.

10. Good understanding of AAPCN related nodes ( IPWORKS pDNS, TIC ) & their functionality in GPRS call flow.

11. In-depth troubleshooting skills for issues related to Gb/Gr/Gn/IUPS/Esy & APN resolution.

12. Should be able to handle Emergency situations & work closely with recovery team to restore faults.

13. Complete Health check analysis of PACO nodes along with their configuration backup.

14. Good understanding of UNIX/LINUX.

11. Good understanding of SS7 concepts and PS Core Subsystem interfaces & protocols.

12. Good knowledge of System Administration/Recovery issues.

13. Good experience on Network analyser and performance tools.

14. Good knowledge of Internetworking, Network Security and Routing Protocols.

15. Experience with change management and problem management systems.

16. Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills:

1. CCNA/JNCIA certification will be an added advantage.

2. Any exposure to Ericsson PACO nodes would be highly preferred.

Education: BE/B.Tech from any reputed university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
