Janasya is a fast-growing Indian ethnic fashion brand focused on combining tradition with modern aesthetics. We are dedicated to offering trend-driven, affordable, and high-quality styles for women across India and beyond.

Fashion Stylist

·        Conceptualize styling themes and mood boards aligned with each collection and Janasya’s brand identity.

·        Style garments for catalog shoots, e-commerce, social media, and lookbooks.

·        Collaborate with the design and photography teams to ensure consistent brand presentation.

·        Plan and coordinate indoor photo/video shoots, working with freelance photographers and videographers for social media.

·        Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute content ideas, including reels, styling tips, behind-the-scenes, etc.

·        Build shoot guides and mood boards that align with Janasya’s brand identity.

·        Source and manage accessories, props, and looks for shoots.

·        Create visual styling guides and trend decks for upcoming collections.

·        Attend fittings and provide input on garment presentation and finishing.

·        Keep up with ethnic and Indo-western fashion trends relevant to the Janasya customer.

·        Support in influencer collaborations, campaign styling, and event looks when needed.

·        Proven experience as a fashion stylist, ideally in ethnic or fusion wear.

·        Degree/diploma in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.

·        Strong understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, drapes, and color theory.

·        Excellent taste and styling sensibility aligned with mass premium Indian consumers.

·        Proficiency in building mood boards and visual direction.

·        Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and collaborative.

·        Experience working in a D2C brand or e-commerce shoot environment.

·        Strong network of vendors or access to styling props and accessories.

·        Familiarity with photo shoot workflows and camera styling.
