Provide one-on-one styling consultations tailored to each customer's style preference, body type, and occasion.

4. Customer Issue Resolution

Resolve customer concerns promptly with empathy and effective problem-solving.

5. Sales Support

Contribute to store sales targets through excellent service, cross-selling, and upselling while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

6. Visual Merchandising

Assist in maintaining attractive and brand-aligned displays that highlight key styles and seasonal looks.

7. Store Operations

Participate in daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

8. Customer Relationship Building

Build strong connections with regular clients through continuous follow-ups, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

9. Feedback Sharing

Share customer and product insights with the BNM & Operations Team to help bridge merchandise gaps.
