Fashion Merchandiser Operations & Order Management

As a Fashion Merchandiser Operations & Order Management, you will be responsible for managing inventory movement, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery and quality control of products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing end-to-end order processing from order receipt to final dispatch. - Coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely fulfillment. - Maintaining and updating order tracking sheets, inventory records, and dispatch logs. - Serving as the point of contact for clients and retail partners regarding order status and delivery timelines. - Managing documentation including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and trackings. - Ensuring dispatch records are accurate and reconciled. - Managing returns. - Supporting the team on backend tasks related to merchandising. Desired Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/inventory systems. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. - Familiarity with garment production, SKU management, and retail operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or a related field.
