Job Profile: Jr / Sr Merchandiser Buying & Sourcing Company: INTICEDE Specialized Buying & Sourcing House Location: Bhiwandi (Kalyan), Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Experience: 2 to 5 Years Salary Package: 3 LPA to 4 LPA Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday) About INTICEDE: INTICEDE is a leading Buying & Sourcing House specializing in Lingerie, Mens Innerwear, Sleepwear, Shapewear, Swimwear, Loungewear, Activewear, and Sportswear . With over 20 years of experience and a strong global network , we have successfully worked with over 100 leading intimate wear brands , providing end-to-end sourcing and supply chain solutions. We are looking for a Junior / Senior Merchandiser with 2-5 years of relevant experience who understands how Buying & Sourcing Houses operate. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong vendor management skills, and be passionate about intimate apparel and activewear. Key Responsibilities: 1. Merchandising & Sourcing Coordination Work closely with global and domestic vendors to source fabrics, trims, and finished garments. Understand and execute tech packs, sampling, pricing, and bulk production orders . Ensure smooth communication between buyers, designers, suppliers, and factories . 2. Vendor & Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers for cost-effective and high-quality production. Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and production schedules with suppliers. Regularly follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and production updates. 3. Sampling & Product Development Coordinate sample development as per buyer specifications and ensure timely approvals. Track sample fit, quality checks, and modifications before final approvals. Maintain sample library and supplier database for reference and future projects. 4. Order Management & Execution Manage the end-to-end execution of orders from PO confirmation to final dispatch. Monitor production timelines, quality control, and shipment documentation . Work closely with logistics and freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery. 5. Market Research & Trend Analysis Keep up with global fashion trends, fabric innovations, and industry developments in intimate wear and activewear. Provide market insights to help clients make informed sourcing decisions. 6. MIS & Reporting Maintain order trackers, cost sheets, and production reports for internal and client review. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sourcing activities, vendor performance, and shipment status. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in Buying & Sourcing House, Apparel Manufacturing, or Merchandising . Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Lingerie, Innerwear, Swimwear, Sleepwear, and Activewear categories. Technical Skills: Knowledge of fabric, trims, garment construction, and costing . Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/MIS tools for order tracking. Ability to understand and interpret tech packs and production specifications . Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Work Environment: Willingness to work onsite in Bhiwandi (Kalyan), Mumbai .
