Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Fashion Illustrator and Store Manager who not only has managerial skills but also strong knowledge in fashion designing and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the store’s operations, managing customer interactions, and contributing to design-related tasks as the unit grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create and support design requirements.
• Assist in fashion design and product development as needed.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Handle stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the design and sales team to align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Age: Around 25 years old (married candidates welcome).
• Strong knowledge of fashion designing and Adobe Illustrator.
• Previous experience in retail/fashion or store management preferred.
• Ability to multitask between design work and customer management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Salary up to ₹25,000 per month.
