As a Fashion Designer trainee cum model in our organization you should be responsible to handle the uniform and kurti sections. The role involves taking client measurements, managing orders, creating custom designs, coordinating stitching, and supporting the manager with delivery, documentation, Modeling and client communication. The candidate will also be involved in creating samples, conducting demos, and ensuring smooth production and delivery flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the uniform section, including order handling and production follow-up.
• Visit schools, hospitals, and other client locations for taking accurate measurements.
• Take enquiry calls, understand client requirements, and confirm customized orders.
• Design uniforms and Kurtis based on client needs and specifications.
• Assign design and stitching tasks to the production/stitching team.
• Coordinate with the stitching team to ensure proper fitting and timely completion.
• Oversee packing and ensure smooth delivery of completed orders.
• Prepare delivery challans for dispatched items.
• Assist the manager during site visits and client meetings.
• Create and present design samples and demos to clients.
• Support Excel data entry and updates related to production and client tracking.
• Assist with taking measurements for kurtis when required.
• You will be the face of our brand and will be required to appear in videos for company branding, product introductions, and photoshoots.
