Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer located in Surat. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and creating clothing, developing new styles, selecting fabrics and overseeing the fitting process. The Fashion Designer will work closely with the production team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the collections.

Qualifications

• Strong Fashion Design and Textiles skills
• Proficiency in Designing and Fitting
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to develop new styles
• Attention to detail and superior craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

* Research fashion trends & create moodboards/sketches.

* Lead designs with vision & quality.

* Work on Photoshop, CLO 3D, Procreate & AI tools.

* Create designs for upcoming collections.

* Design prints using AI, layer-by-layer for precision.

* Develop accurate patterns for production.

* Collaborate with production for perfect fit & finish.

* Add creative input to marketing campaigns.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

* Bold ideas & fresh perspectives

* Willingness to design outside the box

* Passion for fashion and creativity
