Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create original clothing, accessories, or footwear designs based on market trends and customer needs. Research: Stay updated on fashion trends, fabric types, colors, and techniques by conducting market research and attending fashion shows. Technical Sketching: Produce detailed sketches and technical drawings to communicate design ideas clearly. Fabric Selection: Choose appropriate fabrics and materials, ensuring quality and sustainability in line with brand values. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, manufacturers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible and align with production capabilities. Sample Creation: Oversee the creation of samples and prototypes, making adjustments as necessary based on fit and style. Presentation: Present designs to management, clients, or stakeholders, articulating the vision and concept behind each collection. Trend Forecasting: Anticipate future trends in fashion, providing insights to influence upcoming collections.
