Fashion Designers

1. Women's wear Designer (knitwear, outerwear, athleisure wear, loungewear, active wear)

2. Kids wear Designer (knitwear, infant wear, kids wear - {Age - 0 to 24 months})

Role Requirement:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, NIFT preferred.

• Experience:

  Minimum 8-10 years of experience in similar profile.

• Industry Exposure:

  Must have working experience in Textile Industry having experience into "Knits".

Key Responsibilities:

• Dedicated Designer for athleisurewear, loungewear, activewear, outerwear and innerwear for the women's category.
• Dedicated Designer for infant wear, kids wear, junior and senior kids' apparel.
• Focusing intensely on trims, fabric selections, print development and proficient in trend forecasting and actively conducting research on global markets.
• Developing samples as per market forecasts, current trends, and customer specifications to validate design and fit before bulk production.
• Develop detailed technical packages (tech sheets) with precise specifications for construction, fabric, trim, and color.
• Adept at managing cross-functional collaboration across design, merchandising, technical teams, and actively handling vendor communication to maintain quality and production flow.
• Ensuring content building for the Campaign, Product, Catalogue, and in-store communication during the range presentation phase.
• Create clear and accurate CADs (Computer-Aided Designs) and illustrations.
• Work closely with the Patternmaking and Technical Design teams on fit sessions, ensuring design intent is maintained and quality standards are met.
