Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Fashion Designer role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and creating innovative fashion concepts, preparing detailed sketches, selecting fabric and materials, supervising garment fitting and production processes, and incorporating embroidery or textile techniques as required. The role involves collaborating with the design team to deliver high-quality products that meet client expectations and current market trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Design and a creative approach to designing trendy and innovative styles.
• Experience with Embroidery and working knowledge of Textiles to effectively integrate materials into designs.
• Understanding of Fitting and garment construction to create high-quality and well-tailored garments.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt trends into wearable fashion.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, as well as strong sketching skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
