Junior Fashion Designer Product Development Assistant

Location: Tirupur

Experience: Fresher – 2 years

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000

We are looking for a Junior Fashion Designer + Product Development Assistant to support new product creation. This role involves trend research, basic designing, fabric sourcing, sample follow-ups, measurements, and coordination with the production & creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in trend research and reference collection
• Support basic design sketches and product ideas
• Coordinate fabric & trim sourcing
• Follow up sample making with cutting master & tailors
• Take garment measurements and maintain measurement sheets
• Check basic fit issues and record corrections
• Organize samples and update PD tracker
• Coordinate with creative team for photoshoots
• Maintain sample library and product documentation

Skills Required

• Interest in fashion & trends
• Basic sketching or design knowledge
• Understanding of garment measurements
• Good coordination & follow-up skills
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn
