About Brand UnitBrand Unit is building the world’s first AI-powered fashion sampling platform.We help brands go from idea → AI render → techpack → physical sample in just 21 days.This is not a typical fashion job — this is a future-facing fashion-tech role.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development• Design women’s western & ethnic silhouettes• Develop collections aligned with trends & market demand• Work on prints, placements, and fabric selections• Convert concepts into production-ready designsTech & AI Collaboration• Work with AI-generated design outputs• Refine AI designs into wearable garments• Decide print placement, scale, repeats• Ensure designs are production-feasibleTechpacks & Sampling• Create detailed techpacks (measurements, trims, construction)• Coordinate with in-house printing & stitching teams• Review samples and suggest corrections• Maintain quality & fit standardsTrend & Market Awareness• Research trends, colors, silhouettes• Understand what sells in boutiques & D2C brands⸻Who We’re Looking For

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design

1–4 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolio welcome)
