We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to take on the role of Designer cum Production Head. This role combines creative design expertise with strong production management capabilities to ensure the seamless execution of projects, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design team, managing production processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products or services.

Key Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and designs based on client briefs or company objectives.

Oversee and contribute to the creation of design elements, including sketches, prototypes, and digital renderings.

Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine and finalize designs.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to innovate and improve design quality.

Production Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities to meet project deadlines.

Manage the production team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.

Monitor production budgets and allocate resources effectively to minimize waste and maximize output.

Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues to maintain quality and efficiency.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure the final product meets standards and specifications.

Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the design and production teams to achieve excellence.

Establish and enforce processes to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners for materials and services.

Prepare and present reports on project progress, costs, and outcomes to management.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in design, production management, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role, combining design and production management.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD).

Knowledge of production tools, techniques, and industry standards.

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
