We design, manufacture, and export garments for the following brands: OT DEUL, URACCA.

We are seeking a passionate and talented Fashion Designer to join our creative team and contribute to shaping our premium product range.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with a strong sense of style and trend awareness. The ideal candidate must be able to conceptualise, design, and execute unique fashion pieces aligned with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create original designs for Women’s bottom wear and Kids wear.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and design techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and sampling teams for smooth execution of designs.
• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and technical drawings required for production.
• Take ownership of the design process—from concept development to final product.
• Work closely with sampling units to ensure timely and accurate product development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Fashion Designer (Preffered).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and garment knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of textiles, garment construction, and production workflows.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and deliver within tight deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of professional experience in fashion design (required).

Preference

• Local/nearby candidates from Calicut or nearby districts will be given preference.
