Fashion Design Intern

You’ll be at the heart of where creativity meets execution. This role focuses on bringing Carpe Diem’s product ideas to life through hands-on involvement with our vendors and production partners. You’ll coordinate fabrics, trims, and samples, ensure timelines are met, and maintain clear communication across all production stages.

What You’ll Do:

• Liaise with garment vendors and suppliers across the country.

• Track sampling, approvals, and production timelines.

• Research and source new fabrics, trims, and finishes aligned with Carpe Diem’s design ethos.

• Assist in creating basic tech packs and maintaining production sheets.

• Understand the end-to-end supply chain — from sketch to shipment.

Who You Are:

• A fashion student or recent graduate with a sharp eye for detail and an obsession with how things are made.

• Comfortable coordinating between design and production.

• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deliverables.

• Bonus: knowledge of fabrics, GSM, and garment construction.
