Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one video shopping calls with NRI clients to showcase collections and styling options.
Understand the customers preferencesoccasion, body type, budget, and aesthetic—to make personalized recommendations.
Present outfits confidently on video, highlighting fabrics, fits, and detailing.
Build trust and rapport to create a seamless, luxury-style shopping experience.
Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for product availability, order placement, and dispatch updates.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales & conversion targets.
Maintain customer follow-ups, queries, and satisfaction feedback in the CRM system.
Stay updated with new launches, styling trends, and promotional offers.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Fashion, Communication, or Retail Management).
1–3 years of experience in customer experience, retail sales, or personal styling.
Fluent in English – excellent spoken and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident speaking on camera.
Passion for Indian fashion and an understanding of global/NRI customer preferences.
Target-driven with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM tools preferred.
