Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer with proven experience in the FMCG and beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partners, and expanding market presence for our packaged beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territory
Achieve sales targets in assigned area
Handle distributors, retailers, and channel partners
Ensure product availability and visibility
Track primary and secondary sales
Conduct market visits and promotional activities

Required Skills & Competencies

2-5 years of field sales experience in FMCG or beverage industry
Strong knowledge of territory sales, channel management, and outlet mapping
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to field conditions

Preferred Background

Experience with brands like Bisleri, Aquafina, Kinley, Bailley, or similar
Exposure to packaged drinking water or non-alcoholic beverages
Familiarity with rural and urban market dynamics
