Fashion background is a must

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  all client interactions

  including answering queries related to fashion/designing services.

• Book and schedule client appointments

  and ensure smooth coordination.
• Act as a

  bridge between clients and the fashion design team

  to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and delivered.
• Provide

  basic styling advice and fashion guidance

  (not designing) during consultations.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain follow-ups, updates, and client records for smooth service flow.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in

  Fashion Designing/Fashion Management

  or related field.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling.
• Prior client servicing/customer-facing experience is a plus.
