As a Fashion Consultant at Rent An Attire, Indore, you will play a vital role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and managing store operations to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable rental options to drive in-store sales. - Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling accessories, additional outfits, and services where possible. - Provide personalized styling advice based on occasion, body type, and personal style to enhance the customer experience. - Address client queries and complaints professionally, ensuring an excellent client experience from trial to return. - Coordinate outfit trials, bookings, and returns with proper documentation, conducting quality checks before and after every order. - Maintain hygiene, visual appeal of the store, and submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and store updates. Qualifications: - Graduate or pursuing graduation in Fashion, Retail, or a related field. - Strong communication and sales skills are essential. - Passionate about fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Willingness to multitask and take ownership of in-store goals. - Prior experience in retail, luxury, or fashion styling is a plus.
