As a Bridal Lounge Executive, your role is crucial in providing an exclusive and personalized jewellery shopping experience for VIPs. You will be responsible for guiding clients through bridal collections, offering styling advice, managing appointments, and ensuring every interaction in the lounge reflects luxury, trust, and elegance. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome the host and customers in the bridal lounge, ensuring a warm and premium customer experience. - Conduct personalized bridal jewellery consultations, analyze clients' tastes, traditions, and budget. - Present and explain bridal collections including engagement rings, wedding sets, traditional bridal jewellery, and designs. - Provide expert advice on matching jewellery with bridal attire and occasions. - Coordinate appointments, manage lounge schedules, and prepare product selections in advance. - Support clients with customization, bespoke orders, and special requests in collaboration with the design team. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering after-sales service and ongoing support. - Achieve sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling such as gifting options and trousseau jewellery. - Maintain an elegant, organized, and inviting bridal lounge ambience. - Keep records of client preferences, purchases, and upcoming wedding dates for personalized follow-ups. - Stay updated with bridal fashion, jewellery trends, and cultural traditions to advise clients effectively. Skills & Competencies: - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-value clients. - In-depth knowledge of bridal jewellery including diamonds, gold, platinum, precious stones, and heritage jewellery. - Sales and negotiation skills with a luxury retail mindset. - Aesthetic and styling sense to guide brides on jewellery selection. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
