As a Bridal Lounge Executive, you play a crucial role in providing an exceptional and personalized jewellery shopping experience for VIP clients. Your responsibilities include: - Welcoming hosts and customers in the bridal lounge to ensure a warm and premium customer experience. - Conducting personalized bridal jewellery consultations by analyzing and understanding clients" tastes, traditions, and budget. - Presenting and explaining bridal collections such as engagement rings, wedding sets, traditional bridal jewellery, and designs. - Providing expert advice on matching jewellery with bridal attire and occasions. - Coordinating appointments, managing lounge schedules, and preparing product selections in advance. - Supporting clients with customization, bespoke orders, and special requests in collaboration with the design team. - Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through after-sales service and ongoing support. - Achieving sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling, including gifting options and trousseau jewellery. - Maintaining an elegant, organized, and inviting bridal lounge ambience. - Keeping records of client preferences, purchases, and upcoming wedding dates for personalized follow-ups. - Staying updated with bridal fashion, jewellery trends, and cultural traditions to provide effective advice to clients. Your skills and competencies should include: - Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with high-value clients. - In-depth knowledge of bridal jewellery, including diamonds, gold, platinum, precious stones, and heritage jewellery. - Sales and negotiation skills with a luxury retail mindset. - Aesthetic and styling sense to guide brides on jewellery selection. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
