Position: Farm Oeprator / Farm Manager Location: Varaganapalli (near Rayakottai) Farm Size: 6 Acres Accommodation & Food: Provided on-site Relocation: Mandatory Driving License: Required Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to manage and oversee the daily operations of a 6-acre farm. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both crop and animal care, capable of supervising farm laborers, and comfortable with hands-on tasks. This is a full-time, live-in position with food and accommodation provided. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day farm operations including crop care, irrigation, harvesting, and maintenance. Manage and care for farm animals (feeding, health monitoring, shelter maintenance, etc.). Supervise and coordinate with farm workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools. Monitor inventory and assist in procurement of supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across the farm and living quarters. Handle basic record-keeping of farm activities. Drive to local markets or suppliers when necessary (valid driver’s license required). Report regularly to the farm owner on activities, issues, and progress. Requirements: Prior experience working on a farm (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Basic knowledge of plant cultivation and animal husbandry. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage laborers. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with local travel. Willingness to relocate and live on the farm full-time. Physically fit, honest, and hardworking. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
