Job Title: Senior Hydroponic Farm Manager (Indoor Facility – Maldives)

Location: Maldives (on-site, food, accommodation, and travel provided)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hydroponic Farm Manager to oversee and manage our state-of-the-art indoor hydroponic facility in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of proven experience in hydroponics, with strong technical expertise in farm operations, electrical systems, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the indoor hydroponic farm.
• Oversee crop planning, growth monitoring, and nutrient management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydroponic systems, including electrical and plumbing components.
• Train and supervise farm staff, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure optimal use of resources for maximum yield and efficiency.
• Maintain records, monitor system performance, and report regularly to management.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in hydroponics (preferably commercial scale).
• Strong knowledge of nutrient film technique (NFT), Dutch bucket, and other hydroponic systems.
• Practical skills in electrical wiring, pumps, plumbing, and farm infrastructure maintenance.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
