About the Role

Voxel Design Institute is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Design & Multimedia Faculty to join our academic team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will mentor students in visual storytelling, UI/UX principles, and industry-standard design software. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of designers by bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction: Conduct high-quality practical and theoretical sessions on Graphic Design and UI/UX.
• Software Training: Provide hands-on training in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Curriculum Management: Develop lesson plans, assignments, and evaluate student performance through regular assessments.
• Portfolio Mentorship: Guide students in creating professional-grade portfolios and projects that meet industry standards.
• Workshops: Organize and participate in design workshops, seminars, and institute events.
• Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and career guidance to aspiring designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Expert-level command over Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW is mandatory.
• UI/UX Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for web and mobile interface design.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Video Editing (Premiere Pro) and Motion Graphics (After Effects) is a significant plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years of industry experience or teaching experience. (Skilled freshers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome to apply).
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
