Faculty Coordinator

Job Title: Faculty Coordinator – IPMAT, CLAT & CUET Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Department: Academic Operations Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Faculty Coordinator to manage and oversee academic coordination for IPMAT, CLAT, and CUET courses. The role involves working closely with faculty members, center heads, and academic teams across different centers in Delhi to ensure smooth execution of academic plans. Key Responsibilities: ● Academic Coordination: ○ Coordinate with subject faculties to ensure timely delivery of sessions. ○ Facilitate clear communication between faculties and management. ○ Ensure academic alignment across centers and batches. ● Time Table Management: ○ Prepare, maintain, and update class schedules and faculty timetables. ○ Ensure timely communication of schedule changes to all stakeholders. ● Content & Material Oversight: ○ Ensure DPPs (Daily Practice Problems) and academic materials are planned, prepared, and shared on time. ○ Follow up with faculties for content until official material is provided. ● Test Planning & Execution: ○ Plan and coordinate academic tests, mock exams, and analysis. ○ Ensure smooth execution of tests across batches and centers. ● Multi-Center Coordination: ○ Liaise with faculty teams, center managers, and academic heads across various Delhi branches. ○ Standardize academic processes across locations. ● Branch Visits: ○ Regularly visit different centers across Delhi to ensure academic quality and address operational concerns. Requirements: ● Strong understanding of IPMAT, CLAT, and CUET exam patterns and academic requirements. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. ● Prior experience in academic operations or faculty coordination preferred. ● Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a dynamic environment. ● Willingness to travel frequently within Delhi. Preferred Qualifications: ● Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. ● Experience in test-prep or education sector is a plus. ● Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word). Show more Show less
