We are hiring a Unit Head to lead and manage our manufacturing unit for industrial safety shoes. About the Role: As the Unit Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process and operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role, with deep knowledge of safety shoe manufacturing and the ability to independently manage day-to-day production activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall operations of the safety shoe production unit. Ensure timely and quality-driven production output. Supervise and optimise manufacturing processes and manpower. Coordinate with quality control, procurement, and maintenance teams. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and industry standards. Key Requirements: 10 to 15 years of experience as a Unit Head or similar leadership position in safety shoe or footwear manufacturing. In-depth knowledge of safety shoe production processes, materials, and machinery. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Capable of managing plant operations independently.
