Job Description

Insuring Safety Compliance:Supervisors are responsible for implementing and enforcing safety procedures related to handling, storage, and application of product. This includes ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all relevant safety regulations.
Production Oversight:They monitor and manage the entire production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting production issues.
Quality Control:They ensure that the quality of the product produced meets the required standards. This may involve monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Record Keeping:They maintain accurate records of product usage, production data, safety reports, and other relevant information, as required by regulations.
Communication:Supervisors act as a key link between management and the production team, communicating information about production goals, safety procedures, and any issues that may arise.
Emergency Response:They are responsible for developing and implementing emergency plans and procedures to handle any accidents or incidents that may occur during pesticide production or application.
Continuous Improvement:Supervisors contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
