Addressing key industry challenges like price instability, inconsistent quality, and market access, the platform offers an organized and transparent solution to inefficiencies in the recycling industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Supervisor located in Tannery Road. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, managing production planning, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring efficient production practices. The role also involves coordinating teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining operational standards to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
Experience in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to standards
Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a dynamic factory environment
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in manufacturing
Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
