Exp: 4+ yrs Company Name: MECHTRIX ENGINEERS LLP URL: www.mechtrixindia.com Job Description: • Ensuring the achievement of product quality of overall plant. • Day wise production schedule supervisor. • Submit production process and dispatch schedule to production head. • To analysis in house raw material stock and to plan for raw material procurement. • To analysis shop floor requirement to HR & Purchase and maintenance department and like manpower and machines. • Day to days or weekly meeting with Quality, Purchase, Store department for requirement or future process. • Experience in labour relationship and day to day production activity. • Optimum deployment / utilization of manpower. Train & develop the team member for effectiveness. • Coordinating all machining process, fabrication & assembly of equipment’s. • Supervising hourly production, organizing daily work at shop floor. • Vendor development activity. • Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target. • Prepare full production schedule for week and monthly wise.
