Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Supervision: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the factory floor, ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget.
• LABOUR Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, and morale.
• Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality control standards, ensuring products meet the company’s specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe work environment, minimizing risks and preventing accidents.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring stock levels are maintained and production is not delayed due to shortages.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, and any other relevant operational data. Provide regular reports to upper management on production progress and challenges.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
