Factory Medical Officer

As a Field Medical Officer at Adani's Thermal Power Plant in Udupi, your responsibilities will include providing medical care and treatment to employees in case of injury or illness. You will be conducting regular health check-ups and screenings to ensure employee well-being, managing medical emergencies, and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary. Additionally, you will be developing and implementing health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. Collaboration with HR and Safety departments to ensure compliance with health regulations is crucial. You will also participate in incident investigations, provide medical expertise in risk assessments, and train employees on first aid, safety protocols, and health awareness. Maintaining medical records and reports in accordance with company policies and legal requirements is also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you must have an MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution and hold a valid medical license to practice in Karnataka.,
