Factory Manager

As a Factory Manager, your role involves overseeing the technical and HR functions at the manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities include: - Production Planning: You will be responsible for planning and managing production schedules to meet customer demands effectively. - Quality Control: Ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process will be a key aspect of your role. - Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. On the HR front, your responsibilities will include: - Recruitment: Managing recruitment and hiring processes to acquire the best talent for the organization. - Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement and retention. - Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Industrial Relations: Managing industrial relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
