Job Description

Job tittle: Factory Manager

Job Location: Ahmedabad- Gujarat

Salary : 8- 10 LPA

Experience: 5-8 LPA in factory operations, preferably in capital goods or industrial manufacturing.

Responsibility:

Plan, monitor, and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of filter presses and components.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety while reducing waste and downtime.
Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure all products meet Yo-Tana’s stringent quality standards and ISO requirements.
Supervise and lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor workers. Provide training, performance evaluations, and enforce discipline as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field. MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and production planning techniques.
Proficiency in using ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
